Who We Are
Through immersive simulator sessions and guided instruction, students are introduced to the fundamentals of aviation in a way that feels hands-on, exciting, and confidence-building. From learning the basics of flight to developing focus, decision-making, and communication skills, each session is designed to help curiosity grow into something bigger.
Our structured progression system gives students the chance to build skills over time, reach milestones, and feel proud of their progress along the way.
At Pilot Lounge, this is more than screen time. It’s skill-building, confidence-building, and future-building in a space where kids can learn, grow, and soar.
Our Advanced Simulator Technology
Pilot Lounge uses premium FAA approved simulators, known for producing some of the highest quality flight simulators on the market.
Custom built to match real aircraft down to the buttons and software, these systems give students an immersive experience that feels as close to real flight as possible.
From basic maneuvers to advanced scenarios like engine loss, icing, and weather emergencies, students can explore dynamic training situations in a guided, hands-on environment.
Pilot Lounge was inspired by something simple, our son’s love of aviation.
Founders
What started with watching planes take off and asking how they fly grew into a real passion for flight, eventually leading him to begin training as a student pilot.
Watching that journey showed us how powerful aviation can be for a young person, building confidence, focus, discipline, and excitement. It also made us realize there wasn’t a local place in Redondo Beach where kids and teens could explore that same passion through structured, hands-on learning before real flight training.
So we created one.
